This workshop will develop skills and increase confidence in conducting performance
and agreeing personal development plans (PDPs) by enabling delegates to:
Facilitate self review against their capabilities and objectives
Provide evidence of capability to agree a performance rating
Facilitate PDP action planning & setting new objectives
Write effective and faithful summaries
Use and be able to effectively brief the process
Building on the skills of managing performance the outcomes of this workshop enable both parties to share an opportunity to recognise success, put in plans for development and take stock of the hard work and achievement to date.
In looking forward it ensures that future objectives are in line with company goals.
